I’m a biomedical engineer and enterprise software implementation professional with experience across utility systems, healthcare, quality operations, and customer-facing delivery. At Emerson and AspenTech OSI, I worked on outage-management implementations that connect mission-critical systems and the people who rely on them.

My work spans requirements, configuration, integrations, testing, defect resolution, deployment, enablement, and stakeholder communication. The technical environment has included REST APIs, JSON/XML, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, NGINX, Linux, Windows, Python, and PowerShell.

Outside enterprise delivery, I’m building DayKind, testing a human-in-the-loop AI operating workflow, and documenting projects publicly. I also grew Swing on One + from five people to 350 members through more than 100 events and a seven-person administrative team.

I’m pursuing technical implementation, solutions consulting, product operations, and customer-facing technology roles where I can translate complexity into adoption and measurable outcomes.
